Alejandro Caballero

Alejandro David Caballero, age 26 of Eunice, New Mexico passed away in peace on March 21, 2024 at his residence. 

Mr. Caballero was born April 23, 1997 to David Caballero and Sally Orozco in Hobbs, New Mexico. 

Visitation for Alejandro will be Monday, April 01, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Calvary Funeral Home in Eunice, New Mexico. A prayer vigil will recite at 7 p.m. 

Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday, April 02, 2024 at 11 a.m. at St. Claire Catholic Church in Eunice, New Mexico with Father Chris Amojo officiating. Committal burial will follow at the Eunice Cemetery. 

Alejandro is survived by his daughter; Alesela Caballero of Hobbs. Parents; David and Sally Caballero of Eunice. Three sisters; Daphne Caballero, Nadia Caballero, and Suzette Caballero all of Eunice. Maternal grandmother; Ramona Orozco of Eunice. Paternal grandparents; Maria Caballero of Eunice and Jose Caballero of Juarez, Mexico. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. 

Alejandro was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Melecio Orozco. 

Alejandro was an amazing son, brother, but most important he was the greatest dad. Alex was raised in Eunice, NM where he was loved by many. Everyone knew Alex as a loyal, kind, hard working man. He loved working on his car, something that he cherished in his heart, but no matter what he put his daughter before everything. Anywhere Alex was she was there. They were two peas in a pod. Alex will forever be in our hearts, he will be missed by friends, family, and all who knew him.

Services are under the direction of Calvary Funeral Home of Eunice, New Mexico.
