Arcadio "Callo" Rangel

Arcadio "Callo" Rangel, age 75 passed away September 15, 2024 at Covenant Hobbs Hospital.

Mr. Rangel was born January 12, 1949 to Fausto Rangel and Petra Cossio in Porvenir, Chihuahua, Mexico.

Visitation for Arcadio will be Friday, September 20, 2024 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Gerardo Franco officiating. Committal services will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park.

Arcadio is survived by his wife of 57 years Martha Rangel of Eunice, New Mexico. Four children: Gerardo Rangel of Eunice, New Mexico. Sara Parra of Hobbs, New Mexico. Martha Santa Cruz of Houston, Texas. Araceli Serrano of Lovington, New Mexico. Two sisters: Gregoria Reyes and SanJuana Rangel Orozco both of Juarez, Mexico. Brother: Ricardo Rangel of Jal, New Mexico. Twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. 

Arcadio was preceded in death by his parents Fausto and Petra Rangel. Son: Alfredo Rangel. Two brothers: Armando Rangel and Fausto Rangel. 

Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
