Betty Lozoya

Betty Lozoya, age 83 of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away October 27, 2023 surrounded by her family and loved ones at Desert Springs Nursing Home. 

Mrs. Lozoya was born April 05, 1940 to Francisco Hernandez and Trinidad Navarrette in Pueblo, Colorado. 

Visitation for Betty will be Wednesday, November 01, 2023 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. 

Chapel services will be held Thursday, November 02, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Committal services will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park. 

Betty is survived by her three children; Henry Lozoya of Hobbs. Guadalupe Lozoya and wife Joyce of Las Cruces, New Mexico. Mary Lozoya of Attica, Kansas. Brother; Pedro Hernandez of Roswell, New Mexico. Sister; Juanita Hernandez of Roswell, New Mexico. 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; Francisco and Trinidad Hernandez. Two sons; Joe Lozoya and Frank Lozoya. Three sisters. One brother. Two granddaughters; Destiny Winchell and Amanda Supulver. Three grandsons; Matthew Lozoya, Juan Marcos Lozoya, and Justin Lozoya and a great granddaughter; Rihanna Lozoya. 

Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
