Robert "Bobby" Thomas Alba, age 48 of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away on February 01, 2023, at his residence.
Mr. Alba was born November 13, 1975, to Robert Alba and Cynthia Lynn Campbell in Aransas Pass, Texas.
No services are planned at this time. Cremation will take place at a later date.
Bobby is survived by his wife of 24 years, JoAnn Alba of Hobbs. Three sons; Caleb Thomas Alba who is an active in the U.S. Navy. Carlos Jurado and Scotty Tomas Casillas both of Hobbs. Father; Robert Alba of Harlingen, Texas. Mother; Cynthia Campbell of Aransas Pass, Texas. Paternal grandmother; Maria Guadalupe Alba of Aransas Pass. Texas. Five brothers; Tanner Alba of Rockport, Texas. Ross Zuniga of Las Cruces, New Mexico. Rey Zuniga of Aransas Pass, Texas. Aaron Alba and Jeremiah Alba of Houston, Texas. Granddaughter; Genesis Jurado of Hobbs. Numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Bobby was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert Alba and Oma Billy and his baby sister.
Bobby was a loving husband for over 24 years. He was the best father anyone could have asked for. Bobby was a great son, brother, uncle, and friend. Bobby will be truly missed by all his family and loved ones.
Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
