Dulces N. Nieto

Dulces N. Nieto, age 77 passed away October 24, 2025, surrounded by his family and loved ones. 

Mr. Nieto was born July 21, 1948, to Encarnación Nieto and Lidia Dominguez in Cuchillo Parado, Chihuahua, Mexico. 

Visitation for Dulces will be Tuesday, October 28, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on October 29, 2025, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. A prayer vigil will recite at 6 p.m. 

Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 11 a.m. at St. Helena Catholic Church with Father Joe Pacuqing officiating. Committal burial will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park. 

Dulces is survived by his wife: Fidela Nieto of Hobbs. Three sons: Daniel Nieto and Pilar Nieto both of Ojinaga, Mexico. Luis Nieto of Eunice, New Mexico. Three daughters: Patricia Avina and Leticia Sanchez of Hobbs, New Mexico. Luz Perez of Ruidoso, New Mexico. Brother: Miguel Nieto of Ojinaga, Mexico. Four sisters: Concepcion Nieto and Epifania Nieto both of Odessa, Texas. Anselma Nieto of Ojinaga, Mexico. Francisca Nieto of Houston, Texas. Thirty-three grandchildren and Twenty-five great-grandchildren. 

Dulces was preceded in death by his parents: Encarnación and Lidia Nieto. Great-granddaughter: Genesis Perez and Angel baby Pando. 

Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
