Emilio Franco

Emilio Franco, 56 of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away May 21, 2025, surrounded by his family and loved ones.

Mr. Franco was born May 19, 1969 to Carmelo Franco and Josephina Alvarado in Roswell, New Mexico.

Visitation for Emilio will be held Wednesday, June 04, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home. Cremation will take place at a later date.

Emilio is survived by his spouse of 22 years: Nancy Hernandez of Hobbs. Son: John Luna and wife Yvonne of Roswell, New Mexico. Daughter: Claudia Raigoza of Odessa, Texas. Mother: Josephina Franco of Artesia, New Mexico. Step-children: Hector Hernandez and wife Cara, Amanda Hernandez, and Gracie Marquez all of Hobbs. Three grandsons that he raised as his own: Xavier Aranda, Ethan Amicone, and Ignacio Gonzalez. Four brothers: George Franco, Efrin Franco, Fernando Franco, and Alex Franco. Three sisters: Lorena Calderon, Lucemma Martinez, and Analilia Franco. 14 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. 

Emilio was preceded in death by his father: Carmelo Franco. Son: Emilio Franco Jr. Sister: Mari Carmen. Granddaughter: Analeigh Hernandez

Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
