Felix Hernandez

Felix Romero Hernandez, age 74 of Eunice, New Mexico died on February 18, 2021 at Covenant Health Medical Center in Hobbs, New Mexico.

Mr. Hernandez was born on May 18, 1946 to Gregorio Hernandez and Julia Romero in Loving, New Mexico.

Prayer Vigil will be held on Friday, February 26, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Our lady of Grace in Loving, New Mexico. Mass of Christian Burial will at 3:00 P.M. Friday, February 26, 2021 at Our Lady of Grace with Father Pasala officiating. Committal burial will follow at Loving Cemetery.

Felix is survived by his wife of seven years; Edelmira Hernandez of Eunice, New Mexico. Five children; Felix Hernandez Jr, Frankie Hernandez, Annette Hernandez, Anna Silva and husband James, and Sandra Hernandez and husband Jerry. Three step children Ginger Calderon and husband Ronnie; Cisco Navarrete and wife Valeria and Bianca Navarrete. Twenty-Three grandchildren and Eighteen Great Grandchildren. Seven sisters; Valeria Marquez and husband Alex, Pearl Hernandez, Yolanda Graves and husband Robert, Tille Montez and husband Jose, Jane Baros and husband Steu, and Martina Valdez and husband Victor. Three brothers; Varo Hernandez and wife Velma, Joe Hernandez and wife Rosalia and Polio Hernandez and wife Ofelia. Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Felix was preceded in death by his parents; Four sisters; Elena Hernandez, Librada Hernandez, Sofia Carrasco and Maria Garcia. Two brothers; Manuel Hernandez and Augustine Galindo.
