Francisco Lujan, age 86 of Lovington, New Mexico passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his family and loved ones.
Mr. Lujan was born February 09, 1937 to Jesus Lujan Gamboa and Teresa Giner Tarango in Coyame, Chihuahua, Mexico.
Celebration of Life Mass will be held Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Father Chris Amojo officiating. Christian burial will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park.
Francisco is survived by his wife of 58 years Maria Guadalupe Lujan of Lovington. Six children; Maria Teresa Salmon and husband Raymond, Maria Manuela Diaz and husband Freddy, Francisco Lujan and wife Erica, and Corina Alvarado and husband Jesus all of Lovington. Yolanda Lopez and husband Jose and Jesus Lujan and wife Martha all of Hobbs. Thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Francisco was preceded in death by his parents; Jesus and Teresa Lujan. Two brothers; Jesus Lujan Jr. and Pablo Lujan. Three sisters; Geronima Lujan, Guadalupe Lujan, and Socorro Lujan. Grandson; Ariel Lujan and two great-grandsons; Isaac Garcia and Isahi Garcia.
Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
