Mr. Arellano was born August 28, 1989 to Gildardo Delgado and Emma Garcia in Chihuahua, Mexico.

All services will be taking place in Mexico.

German is survived by his parents; Gildardo and Emma of Mexico. 2 brothers; Ivan Ibuado of Hobbs. Juvencio Ibuado of Mexico and 2 nephews.

Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
