Hortencia Rojas Rodriguez, age 67 of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away on July 08, 2022 surrounded by her family and loved ones.

Mrs. Rodriguez was born November 01, 1954 to Manuel Rojas and Ruth Rodriguez in El Porvenir DB, Chihuahua, Mexico.

A church service will be held on Friday, July 22, 2022 at Hobbs First Assembly Church at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor David Henry officiating. Committal burial will follow in Mexico.

Hortencia is survived by her husband; Gerardo Navarrete of Hobbs, New Mexico. Son; Jorge Luis Chavez Rojas of Hobbs, New Mexico. Three brothers; Victor Rojas, Juan Carlos Herrera and Ignacio Herrera all of Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. Four sisters; Yolanda Flores of Ft. Hancock, Texas. Martha Rojas, Manuela Rojas and Flor Rojas all of Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. Three grandchildren. Four great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Hortencia was preceded in death by her parents; Manuel and Ruth Rodriguez. Three brothers; Ramiro Herrera, Jose Luis Herrera and Antonio Reyes. Sister; Celia Rojas.

Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
