Jesus Urias

Jesus Urias, age 75 of Hobbs, New Mexico died on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Lovelace Medical Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Jesus was born on March 8, 1945 to Eliasar and Josephina Urias in Ojianja, Chihuahua, Mexico.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Calvary Memorial Funeral Home in Hobbs, New Mexico.

A Prayer vigil will recite at 1 p.m. at the St. Helena’s Catholic Church in Hobbs, New Mexico on Thursday, January 14, 2021 with a Mass of Christian burial following at 2 p.m. with Father Joe Pacquing officiating. Burial will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park.

Jesus is survived by five children; Auden and wife Norma Urias of; Adolfo Urias; Sergio Urias; Julio Urias, and Eyra Urias all of Hobbs, New Mexico. Five brothers; Raul Urias, Leopolo Urias, Israel Urias, Humberto Urias, and Jose Urias. Fifteen grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.

Jesus was preceded in death by his parents; spouse Virginia Urias; four brothers; Alberto Urias, Salomon Urias, Manuel Urias, and Salvador Urias. One sister; Crensencia “Nena” Martinez Urias.
