Jorge Menchaca

Jorge Luis Menchaca, age 50, of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away March 17, 2024. 

Mr. Menchaca was born November 22, 1973 to Gorgonio Menchaca and Maria Rubio. 

Visitation for Jorge will be Monday, March 25, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home. A prayer vigil will recite at 6 p.m. 

Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Jorge Vargas officiating. Cremation will be taking place at a later date. 

Jorge is survived by his two children Arlo Menchaca of Las Cruces, New Mexico and Kayla Menchaca of Hobbs, New Mexico. Parents; Gorgonio and Maria Menchaca of Hobbs, New Mexico. Two brothers; Arturo Menchaca and Albert Menchaca both of Hobbs, New Mexico. Two sisters; Livia Estrada and Gloria Martinez both of Hobbs, New Mexico. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

Jorge was preceded in death by his brother; Juan Menchaca. 

Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
