Jose Alferdo Dur

Jose Alfredo Dur, 57 of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away November 06, 2025, in Throckmorton, Texas. 

Mr. Dur was born August 28, 1968, to Manuel Dur and Angela Moreno in Anahuvac, Chihuahua, Mexico.

Visitation for Jose will be Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home. 

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Fernando Sena officiating. Cremation will be taking place at a later date. 

Jose is survived by his wife of 35 years: Evalina Dur of Hobbs. Two children: Angel Dur and Jannel Dur both of Hobbs. Sister: Yesenia Dur of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Two brothers: Juan Dur and Villado Dur both of Mexico. Two grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. 

Jose was preceded in death by his parents: Manuel and Angela Dur and one son: Jose Dur. 

Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs,, New Mexico.
