Joseph Morales Sosa

Joseph Morales Sosa, age 65 of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away on January 12, 2022 at Covenant Medical Center in Hobbs, New Mexico. 

Mr. Sosa was born March 26, 1956 to Celestino B. Sosa and Juanita Morales Sosa in Carlsbad, New Mexico. 

Visitation for Joseph will be Wednesday, January 26, 2022 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Calvary Memorial Chapel. 

Chapel services will be Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at Calvary Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ted Garza officaiting. Burial will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park. 

Joseph is surived by his three children; Amii Shuman, Adolph Sosa, and Ashley Sosa all of Hobbs, New Mexico. Three brothers; Celestino Sosa Jr, Tony Sosa and Alfred Sosa. Two sisters; Lusia Sosa and Gloria Sosa. Nine grandchildren, one great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Joseph was preceded in death by his parents; Celestino and Juanita Sosa. One daughter; Jennifer Sosa. Two brothers; Nick Sosa and Frank Sosa and a nephew; Shaun Sosa. 

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
