Julian Meza

Julian Meza, 79 of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away June 18, 2025, surrounded by his family and loved ones. 

Mr. Meza was born July 29, 1945, to Calletano Meza and Manuela Montes in Cuauhtemoc, Chihuahua, Mexico. 

Visitation for Julian will be Sunday, June 22, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home. 

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 23, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Committal burial will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park. 

Julian is survived by his wife of 49 years: Elva Meza of Hobbs. Four children: Julio Meza, Patricia Meza, Martin Meza, and Fabian Meza. Brother: Praxedes Meza of Mexico. Sister: Maria de la Luz Meza of Mexico. Eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. 

Julian was preceded in death by his parents: Calletano and Manuela Meza. Brother: Daniel Meza. 

Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
