Leo was preceded in death by the love of his life; Paula Luna who passed away in 2021 and his parents Felipa and Adolpho Acosta.
Leo served and protected his country in the United States Navy for five years. After his Honorable Discharge, Leo loved going to the VA to encourage others not to give up and to keep going, Knowing how hard things can be first hand, Leo always was there to offer support to other veterans.
Leo was always in a good mood and always had a smile on his face. He never let life get him down! He was so witty and intelligent , but the best thing about Leo is that he was a born again Christian and lived for his faith in God.
Leo was a sports fanatic and was an avid golfer, but nothing beat his love for music- especially rock & roll.  He loved playing his drums and singing every chance he got.
Leo loved to tell jokes and was very charming and had a way of connecting with all those he encountered.
Leo will be truly and deeply missed by all his family and loved ones.
