Luke Makaio Romero

Luke Romero, age 9 months old passed away on September 05, 2022. 

Little Luke was born November 19, 2021 to Robert Romero and Karla Cruz in Hobbs, New Mexico. 

Visitation for baby Luke will be Monday, September 19, 2022 at the Kings Gate Church from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Church services will begin at 1 p.m. with Pastor Fabian Sena officiating. Cremation will be taking place at a later date. 

Luke is survived by his parents; Robert and Karla both of Hobbs. Four sisters; Raelyn Cruz, Grace Romero, Gianna Romero and Alaia Romero all of Hobbs. Brother; Anthony Cruz of Hobbs. Paternal grandmother; Belma Sosa Lopez. Maternal grandparents; Dimas De La Rosa and Noemi Rodriguez. Aunts; Kimberly (Vincent) Montoya of Carlsbad. Ana Cruz, and Trinidad Ornales both of Hobbs.. Uncles; Michael Carillo of Hobbs. Mario Romero of Carlsbad. 

Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
