Maria de Jesus Ramirez de Urias, age 93 of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away on January 10, 2022 at White Sands Nursing Home in Hobbs, New Mexico

Mrs. Urias was born on March 04, 1928 to Elijio Ramirez Cardenas and Acencion Garay Ramos in La Esmeralda, Cohlia, Mexico .

Maria will have her funeral services in Ojinaja, Chihuahua, Mexico. Burial will follow at Jardines De San Jose cemetery.

Maria is survived by her three children; Celia Renteria and Manuel Urias both of Ojnaga, Mexico and Ruperto Urias of Eunice, New Mexico. One sister; Cruz Ramirez Garay of Odessa, Texas. Two bothers; Jose Ramirez Garay of Salt Lake City, Utah and Manuel Ramirez Garay of Ojinaja, Mexico. Eighteen grandchildren and four great- grandchildren.

Maria was preceded in death by her parents; Elijio and Acencion. One son; Ramon Urias. Two daughters; Maria Soto Urias and Ofelia Urias.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
