Mario Alejandro Aranda Jr.

Mario Alexander Aranda, age 24, of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022. 

Mr. Aranda was born on June 04, 1997 to Mario Aranda Sr and Sandra Ayala in Hobbs, New Mexico. 

Visitation for Mario will be Tuesday, February 01, 2022 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Calvary Memorial Chapel. A prayer vigil will recite at 6:00 P.M. 

Mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday, February 02, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at St Helena Catholic Church with Father Joseph Pacquing officiating. Committal burial will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park. 

Mario is survived by his wife; Stephanie Rivera of Hobbs, New Mexico. Father and Mother; Mario T. Aranda and Sandra Ayala both of Hobbs, New Mexico. One son; Josiah Mario Aranda of Hobbs, New Mexico. Three daughters; Araceli Citlali Aranda, Yohali Nevaeh Aranda and Natalie Jazlyn Aranda all of Hobbs, New Mexico. One sister; Marissa Nicole Aranda of Hobbs, New Mexico. Maternal grandmother; Luz Bertha Ayala of Hobbs, New Mexico and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces. nephews and cousins. 

Mario was preceded in death by his sister; Gabrielle Maxine Aranda. Paternal grandparents; Ofelio and Roque Aranda and his maternal grandfather; Justo Ayala. 

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
