Mary Lee Blakeley, 83 of Midland, Texas passed away on January 24, 2026, with her daughter at her side.
Mrs. Blakeley was born March 31, 1942, to R.D. and Eleaner Teague.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 07, 2026, at 2 p.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home with Brother Bobby Rodgers officiating. Committal burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mary was a long time resident of Hobbs, where she was the president of the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW. Mary worked for GTE and then transferred with Verizon in San Angelo, Texas. In San Angelo, Mary was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and TBW. She moved to Midland, Texas when her health started declining so that her daughter could care for her.
Mary is survived by her children: Eleaner Gayle Woodruff of Midland, Texas. John Whittington of Amarillo, Texas. Bobbi Batchlor and husband Robert of San Angelo, Texas. Robert Whittington of Little Rock, Arkansas. Dena Mainord of Nashville, Tennesse. Ricky Blakeley and Charles Blakeley both of Oklahoma. Six grandchildren, Twelve great-grandcholdren, and Four great great-grandchildren.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband: Charles Blakeley. Parents: R.D. and Eleaner Teague. Sister: Elaine Hulan. Brother: Ronny Teague. Son-in-law: Mack Woodruff. Step-daughter: Deidra McCann.
