Mrs. Smith was born on January 30, 1975 to William Vanhorn and Gloria Holcomb in Galveston, Texas.
A Memorial service will be taken place at a later date. Cremation will be taking place at a later date.
Nicole is survived by her husband Darrel Smith, Three Sons James Smith, Jayden Smith and Dustin Smith; One daughter; Samantha Smith; One brother Calvin Avery; Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
