Ocie Berry Sr.

Ocie Berry Sr., age 88 of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away on April 30, 2023 surrounded by his family and loved ones.

Mr. Berry was born July 10, 1934 to Thomas and Bonice Berry in Bryorly, Texas.

A memorial service will be held in honor of Ocie on Monday, May 08, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Scharbauer Street Church of Christ with Pastor Tony Mackey officiating. 

Ocie is survived by his wife of 27 years Pauline Berry of Hobbs. Five children; DeAndre Berry, Marion Rosemond, and Jacqueline Bell all of Hobbs. Jerry Berry of Roswell and Linda Berry of Oakland, California. Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and loved ones. 

Ocie was preceded in death by two sons; Ocie Berry Jr. and Ken Berry. Daughter; Sherrie Simpson. Grandson; Wilson Calwell. Parents; Thomas and Bonice. Six brothers and two sisters.

Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
