Othon Calvillo

Othon Bocanegra Calvillo, age 61 of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away April 10, 2024. 

Mr. Calvillo was born March 12, 1963 to Jose "Hippy" Calvillo and Adelina Bocanegra in Hobbs, New Mexico.

Visitation will for Othon will be Thursday, April 18, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home. 

Funeral services will held Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 1 p.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home. Cremation will be taking place at a later date. 

Othon is survived by his seven children Othon Calvillo of Fresno, California. Alexander Calvillo of Oklahoma. Steven Calvillo, Austin Bosquez, Nicole Calvillo, Stephanie Prieto, and Arianna Calvillo all of Hobbs, New Mexico. Two sisters: Tina Mendoza and Maria Calvillo both of Hobbs, New Mexico. Seven brothers; Jesus Calvillo of San Antonio, Texas. Abel Calvillo, Sabino Calvillo, Carlos Calvillo, Patricio Calvillo, and Chrispin Calvillo all of Hobbs, New Mexico. David Calvillo of Socorro, New Mexico. 18 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. 

Othon was preceded in death by his parents Jose and Adelina Calvillo. Two sisters: Angelita Calvillo and Violanda Calvillo. Three brothers; Anselmo "Chemo" Calvillo, Andrew Calvillo, and Jose Calvillo. 

Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
