Perfecta Medrano

Perfecta Medrano, age 86 of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away October 23, 2025, surrounded by her family and loved ones. 

Mrs. Medrano was born April 18, 1939, to Dimas Jasso and Julia Gutierrez in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico. 

Visitation for Perfecta will be Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 31, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Aurelio Lozano officiating. Committal burial will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park.

Perfecta is survived by her five sons: David Medrano, Servando Medrano, Baltazar Medrano, Juan Medrano, and Elijiah Medrano. Four daughters: Lidia Salazar, Alicia Perez, Lorena Medrano, and Norma Medrano. Two sisters: Alvina Salas and Christina Jasso. Brother: Juan Jasso. Thirty-eight grandchildren, Eighty-five great-grandchildren, and Ten great-great grandchildren. 

Perfecta was preceded in death by her husband: Francisco Medrano. Parents: Dimas and Julia Jasso. One son and a daughter.  Two sisters and five brothers. 

Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
