Santos Coss

Santos Coss , age 80 of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away January 08, 2024 surrounded by his family and loved ones. 

Mr. Ponce was born November 01, 1943 to Manuel Coss Chavez and Maria De La Luz Ponce in Pedernales, Chihuahua, Mexico.

Visitation for Santos will be Thursday, January 11, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. A prayer vigil will recite at 6 p.m.

Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, January 12, 2024 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal burial will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park.

Santos is survived by his three children; Rosalba Muniz, Liliana Coss, and Juan Coss all of Hobbs, New Mexico. Three sisters; Martha Soto, Maria Luisa Santillanes, and Nora Patricia Trujillo all of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Two brothers; Hector Coss and Manuel Coss both of Mexico. Seven grandchildren; Jessica Sifuentes, Carlos Muniz, Otto Hacker, Miguel Coss, Evelyn Coss, Joel Coss, and Joan Coss. Six great-grandchildren; Ezmi Sifuentes, Daniela Alarcon, Ezequiel Coss, Zuly Sifuentes, Aria Hacker and Avayah Hacker.

Santos was preceded in death by his wife Elvira Coss. Daughter; Gabriela Coss. Parents; Manuel and Maria Coss. Sister; Magdalena Rodriguez. Two brothers; Jose De La Luz Coss and Heriberto Coss.

Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
