Vicente Garcia

Vicente Garcia, age 74 of Hobbs, New Mexico took his eternal flight on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 in Lubbock, Texas.

Mr. Garcia was born January 31, 1947 to Eulalio Garcia and Juana Olvera in Marathon, Texas. 

Visitation for Vicente is Thursday, February 03, 2022 at Calvary Memorial Chapel from 4-8 P.M. A prayer vigil will recite at 6 P.M. 

Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, February 04, 2022 at 11 A.M. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Jorge Vargas officiating. Committal burial will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park. 

Vicente is survived by his three sons; Vicente Garcia Jr and family and Richard Garcia and family all of Hobbs, New Mexico. Johnny Garcia and wife Christy and family of Lubbock, Texas. Thirteen grandchildren and Twenty-One great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Also a sister; Frances O Elvick.

Vicente was preceded in death by his wife; Alvesa Garcia. Parents; Eulalio and Juana Garcia. Two sons; Ramon Carrasco and Guadalupe "Pito" Garcia. One daughter; Diana Garcia. Two sisters; Maria G. Hinojos and Paula T. Ybarra.  

The family of Vicente wish to extend sincere thanks to all our family and friends that have reached out to us during this time of mourning.
